Today I launched http://edge.deb.myguard.nl:8888 (hosted with aptly on my synology at home) where I launch intermediate builds. I invite you all to use it and give feedback. The builds *should* be stable enough to use in production, but will be more often updated than the packages on deb.myguard.nl.
There are several ways to use it:
- apt-get install myguard (if you didn’t already), edit /etc/apt/sources.list.d/edge.deb.myguard.nl.list and uncomment the lines.
- echo “deb http://edge.deb.myguard.nl:8888 YOURDISTROHERE main” > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/edge.deb.myguard.nl.list
echo “deb http://edge.deb.myguard.nl:8888/openssl3 YOURDISTROHERE main” >> /etc/apt/sources.list.d/edge.deb.myguard.nl.list
(last line not needed for Jammy and above, they already have OpenSSL3)
Please don’t remove deb.myguard.nl, you will still need that for dependencies.
Don’t forget apt-get update && apt-get upgrade
With kinds regards,
