Hello Dan,
I’ve built the waf module on http://edge.deb.myguard.nl:8888, you can test it. I would love feedback whether it works or not.
If it works I will build a new release on deb.myguard.nl -

Hi,
Thanks a lot.
Tested on Ubuntu 22.04, and works great using this config:
https://docs.addesp.com/ngx_waf/guide/configuration.html#lts-versionBut it seems you build the LTS version not the current version?
Just curious why? :) -
DanGuest
v10.0.0+ or the current version has a lot of nice features.
Please use it instead of LTS, thank you so much!More info:

Hi Dan,
Thanks for your feedback.
I used latest masted branch from git, seems I need to use the current branch. I will fix it later today. Thanks again!

Hopefully it will be added on ppa:eilander/nginx repo also.

Hm I pushed it to launchpad yesterday, but somehow it doesn’t build there. sigh :)
Will take a look at it soon

Sorry, I don’t know what’s going wrong on the launchpad build, “it just dies” without sensible output. I tried a couple of things, but it’s going fine without ngx_waf
I guess I have to give it some time to investigate more.

No big deal, take your time and thanks a lot :)

I’ve tested it now and works great, thanks a lot.
You mean you use ngx_waf on your production site also now?
It’s great replacement for Cloudflare :)
